At Gotham FC Shop, we want you to represent the club with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Check Eligibility

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached; please note that customized player jerseys and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your gear in its original packaging if possible, attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
